When Rann arrived in the UK in Sept 2014 , she was one of the very few Kansai Ken (Nippo Champ) ever to leave Japan, and the first & only one to arrive in the UK to date. She arrived in whelp to Toraichimaru Go Meinansou Higashi, also a Kansai Ken. The resulting litter was the first UK litter ever to be registered with the Nikonken Hozonkai (Japan's Preservation Society for the Native Japanese breeds)
Our Nikonken Hozonkai kennel name " Eikoku Inarisou " translates to "the house of English Fox Gods" and was another first for the UK
